On January 6, 2024, 21-year-old Donnell Witherspoon was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m. in the 8300 block of Dickman Park Road, located in the city's Baden neighborhood. Responding officers found Witherspoon in a grassy area near a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
