On May 28, 2024, 9-year-old Scarlet Ahnahleigh Parmeley tragically lost her life in De Soto, Missouri. Her mother, 36-year-old Ashley Parmeley, arrived at the Festus Police Department that morning, appearing wet and disheveled, and confessed to killing her two children.
