On the night of November 30, 2023, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening calm outside a bar in New Brunswick, New Jersey, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Enger Abreu, a 19-year-old male resident of New Brunswick, was fatally wounded in the shooting that occurred at approximately 11:10 p.m. near La Famosa Bar & Liquor on Remsen Avenue.
