On May 7, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Clayton, New Jersey, resulting in the deaths of 43-year-old Nina D. Sinclair-Green and 45-year-old Anthony J. Williams. The two had been residing together at the Academy Arms Apartment Complex on North Broad Street. That evening, Sinclair-Green was in the process of packing her belongings to move out when Williams fatally shot her inside the apartment.
