In a tragic turn of events on April 5, 2024, Patricia A. Novak, a 76-year-old woman from Edison, New Jersey, lost her life in a firearms accident within her own home. The incident unfolded on a Friday afternoon at their residence on Glencourt Avenue. Her husband of 57 years, Robert Novak, 82, was on the first floor of their home, handling one of his registered firearms with the intention of cleaning it.
