Chad Odell Pennington, a 25-year-old resident of Hiwassee, Virginia, tragically passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office received a disturbance call in the 4800 block of Lee Highway in the Dublin area on that evening. Upon arrival at the scene, authorities discovered Pennington's body.
