On June 28, 2024, 14-year-old Elvis Anderson Grande-Gonzalez was fatally shot in Annandale, Virginia. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. at the Fairmont Gardens Apartments on Little River Turnpike. Elvis and a 16-year-old companion were walking together when a vehicle approached them.
