Jose Alexander Villa Lobo, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot on July 24, 2020, in an apartment community in Annandale, Virginia. Authorities responded to the incident around 5 p.m. in the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court, where they discovered Villa Lobo suffering from a gunshot wound.
