Deonta Evans, a 19-year-old from Atlanta, was shot and killed on January 13, 2016, while riding his bike in broad daylight. Evans had just purchased a Powerball ticket for his mother when he was fatally shot. Witnesses reported seeing two suspects fleeing the scene, but despite this, the case remains unsolved.
