In the early morning hours of November 10, 2023, the life of 34-year-old Wesley James Francis was tragically cut short in a shooting in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. A male, he was found by police responding to reports of gunfire on Meeting Street and was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.
