Jakari Javion Smith, an 18-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The Charleston County Coroner's Office identified Smith as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on Fairwind Drive in North Charleston.
