In the quiet community of Goose Creek, South Carolina, the life of 29-year-old Brandon Gregory Cobbs Jr. was abruptly cut short on the afternoon of Friday, February 9, 2024. That day, police were summoned to the Saint James at Goose Creek apartment complex on Channing Way, responding to a harrowing call about a man who had collapsed on a resident's front porch with a gunshot wound to the head.
