In the early hours of March 27, 2024, a shooting at a Greenville, South Carolina apartment complex tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Azaveon Ymez Natour Wakefield. Authorities responded to a call shortly before 4 a.m. at the Highlands Apartments on Pine Creek Court Extension, where they discovered Wakefield with a gunshot wound.
