In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Greenville, South Carolina, a gathering of people at Herdklotz Park was shattered by gunfire. When the chaos subsided, 19-year-old Cor’Shawn Tyrekas McGee was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. It was around 12:15 a.m. on April 21, 2024, when deputies responded to the scene on Beverly Road.
