Heather Ann MacCrossen, 26, went missing on August 17, 2007, in Newberry, Florida. Her last known communication was a phone call to her mother from a Greyhound bus station in Gainesville, Florida, stating that she had arrived safely. Heather had been trying to escape an abusive relationship with her boyfriend, Andrelo Witcher, who had a history of violent behavior towards her.
