In the late hours of May 26, 2024, the life of 20-year-old Keonna Lashae Brown was tragically cut short in Ladson, South Carolina. A festive atmosphere at a large party on Tremont Avenue turned to one of horror when gunfire erupted. Responding to the scene around midnight, deputies from the Charleston County Sheriff's Office discovered Keonna with a fatal gunshot wound.
