On June 3, 2024, 78-year-old Mary L. Myers was found deceased from a gunshot wound at her residence on Ivory Trail in Huger, South Carolina. Responding to the scene around 3 p.m., deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office initiated a homicide investigation.
