On April 25, 2023, a tragic incident occurred near Durant, Mississippi, resulting in the deaths of 33-year-old Karissa Job and her 24-year-old cousin, Tiateiyuna Day. The two women went to a residence on Emory Road, north of West, Mississippi, to confront another woman. The confrontation was broadcast live on Facebook, capturing the escalating argument.
