On June 29, 2023, 50-year-old Renaldo Reneé DeLavallade, known as "Buggie," was fatally shot in Gulfport, Mississippi. Police responded to reports of a shooting just before noon and found DeLavallade inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
