Timothy D. Vaughn Jr., a 27-year-old man from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2023. Vaughn was found dead inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on Cardinal Street in Jackson, where police discovered his body.
