On December 20, 2023, 19-year-old Dshun Coleman was fatally shot while seated in a Dodge Charger at a traffic light on Highway 17 South near Lexington, Mississippi. The vehicle, driven by a 14-year-old whose identity has not been disclosed, came under fire from multiple assailants positioned by the roadside.
