In a tragic incident in Magee, Mississippi, 19-year-old DeShun Williams lost his life in a shooting that occurred in a local hotel room on the morning of March 4, 2024. The Magee Police Department responded to a 911 call around 9:05 a.m. reporting that an individual had been shot. Upon arrival, officers secured the scene and discovered Williams, who had sustained a single gunshot wound.
