Jametrice Brown

In the late hours of a Saturday night in Cleveland, Mississippi, tragedy befell 23-year-old Jametrice Brown, a Black/African American female. On May 4, 2024, police were called to a residence on Geneva Circle just before midnight, where they discovered that Brown had been shot. She was rushed to Bolivar Medical Center, but ultimately succumbed to her injuries.
