Fredrick Williams, a 50-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2024, in a double homicide incident at an apartment complex in the city. Williams was found dead alongside Shirley Williams, a 75-year-old woman, at the Addison Place Apartments.
