In the late summer afternoon of August 27, 2024, a grim discovery was made in the city of McComb, Mississippi. The body of 23-year-old Drequan “Draco” Brumfield, a male resident of McComb, was found lying in a ditch near the intersection of North Cherry Street and Avenue G. He had been fatally shot.
