On a spring evening in Flint, Michigan, the life of 57-year-old Jomechee Tekeno-Montoya Gray was brought to a violent and sudden end. On May 23, 2023, Flint Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on Lorado Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered that Gray had been fatally shot.
