On November 6, 2023, 33-year-old Cassandra Casares was fatally shot in the parking lot of Moran Park Church in Holland, Michigan. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when two vehicles arrived and parked beside each other. Shortly thereafter, an argument ensued, leading to gunfire.
