Delmyn Javier Lopez Ortiz, a 39-year-old father of seven from Baltimore, was shot on March 10, 2023, in an apparent robbery attempt. The incident occurred around 9:59 pm in the 4000 block of East Pratt Street in southeast Baltimore.
