On the evening of April 19th, in the 1900 block of Grinnalds Avenue in Southwest Baltimore, gunshots shattered the night. When police arrived at the scene around 9 p.m., they discovered Tingler suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
