In the spring of 2023, the life of 38-year-old Otis Toney, a father of four, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of May 27th, gunshots rang out in the 2800 block of Harford Road, leaving Mr. Toney with fatal injuries. First responders rushed him to a nearby hospital, but despite their efforts, he succumbed to his wounds.
