Otis Toney, a 38-year-old father of four, was tragically shot and killed on May 27, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 2800 block of Harford Road, located in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello neighborhood. After being shot, Toney was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
