In the quiet neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore, 38-year-old Hezikiah Wilson III lived a simple and devoted life. Known as an introvert who rarely left his home, he was the primary caregiver for his diabetic mother, for whom he lovingly prepared meals and administered medication. His world was small and centered around his family and the comfort of his home on the 5600-block of Plymouth Road. He was a man who, by all accounts, 'didn't have an enemy in the world.'
