On July 25, 2023, at approximately 6:17 PM, a tragic incident occurred in the 3200 block of Hollins Ferry Road in Baltimore, Maryland. Di'Shon Smith, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot in a double shooting that also injured a 21-year-old man identified as Deshaun Waters.
