Santos Munoz-Hernandez, a 53-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2023. The incident occurred just before 8 p.m. in the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue. According to police reports, security cameras captured the moment when Travis Avery Rogers, a 35-year-old man, shot Munoz-Hernandez multiple times before fleeing the scene on foot.
