Carlos Ivan Oseguera-Funez, a 17-year-old senior at Patterson High School in Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on December 1, 2023. The incident occurred in the 4900 block of Crenshaw Avenue at approximately 9:09 am.
