On February 7, 2024, at approximately 9:48 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the 4400 block of Belair Road. Upon arrival, they found 32-year-old Ricardo Brooks-Watters and 40-year-old Odell Curtis suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
