Darrel Fulton

In the early morning hours of June 14, 2022, the stillness of a Baltimore street was broken by the discovery of a wounded man. An off-duty Baltimore police sergeant, at approximately 1:43 a.m., found 31-year-old Darrel Fulton slumped over in the 2700 block of West Belvedere Avenue. Fulton, a male, was able to tell the officer that he had been shot before being rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
