On September 15, 2024, at approximately 11:14 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in Baltimore, Maryland, resulting in the death of 59-year-old Reginald Bernard Harrod, known to many as "Unk Nard." Baltimore Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1100 block of Springfield Avenue, located in the Original Northwood and New Northwood neighborhoods.
