In the early evening of October 7, 2024, the life of 26-year-old Marques Reaves, a Black male, was tragically cut short by gun violence in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 5:28 PM, police responded to a call in the 1100 block of North Lakewood Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Reaves suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
