In the quiet neighborhood of Uplands in Southwest Baltimore, a horrific discovery was made on the morning of May 28, 2015. Inside their home on Upmanor Road, seven-year-old Kester "Tony" Browne and his 31-year-old mother, Jennifer Jeffrey Browne, were found deceased. Both had been shot in the head. Family members, concerned after not hearing from them since the previous day, were the ones to find the tragic scene.
