In the winter of 2023, the life of a young Hispanic / Latino man, Jesus M. Quinonez-Carrasquillo, was tragically cut short at the age of 24. On February 13, 2023, his body was discovered by police on the 1900 block of S. Congo Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
