On June 4, 2023, 54-year-old Romar Lee Spencer was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred around 4:10 p.m. near the intersection of 28th and Vliet streets. Upon arrival, Milwaukee police officers found Spencer with gunshot wounds in the dining room of a residence; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
