In the early evening of June 4, 2023, the life of 54-year-old Romar Lee Spencer, a male resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence. The fatal shooting occurred inside a residence near the intersection of 28th and Vliet streets. When Milwaukee police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Spencer in the dining room, suffering from gunshot wounds.
