In the early evening of June 4, 2023, the life of 54-year-old Romar Lee Spencer, a male resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence. The fatal shooting occurred inside a residence near the intersection of 28th and Vliet streets. When Milwaukee police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Spencer in the dining room, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite any efforts to render aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
