On August 17, 2023, 39-year-old Jacqueline "Jackie" Dawn Kadinger was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office reported that Kadinger died from multiple gunshot wounds, while the perpetrator, 38-year-old Weston Schutz, succumbed to a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The two were in a relationship and resided together in the 2800 block of Rimrock Road, where the incident took place.
