Death by Force

In the late evening of October 8, 2023, the life of Patrick A. Ross, a 25-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred near the intersection of Burleigh Street and Julia Street, where Ross was shot and killed. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Ross was pronounced dead from his injuries. The Milwaukee Police Department promptly opened a homicide investigation into the shooting.
