In the late evening of October 8, 2023, the life of Patrick A. Ross, a 25-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred near the intersection of Burleigh Street and Julia Street, where Ross was shot and killed.
