Death by Force

Arthur Clements, a 52-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was shot and killed on October 14, 2023. The shooting occurred shortly before 10 p.m. near the intersection of Teutonia Avenue and Locust Street. Witnesses reported that a verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation just prior to the gunfire.
