In the early hours of a cold Saturday in Milwaukee, on January 27, 2024, the life of 29-year-old Davarein Kirskey, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. Gunfire erupted shortly after midnight, around 12:28 a.m., in the vicinity of 75th and Marine. First responders arrived at the scene to find Kirskey with life-threatening injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced deceased.
