On a Saturday evening in Milwaukee, the life of 42-year-old Terrell Arvell Steward, a Black/African American male, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On March 23, 2024, sometime before 8:00 p.m., Terrell was fatally shot inside his own apartment near 39th and Stark streets.
