Willie Lee Woods Jr., a 22-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the evening of April 12, 2015. The incident occurred in the 8900 block of N. Swan Road, where Woods was attending a barbecue with several other people. Accounts from witnesses indicate that Woods, who was reportedly intoxicated, became involved in an altercation that tragically escalated into a shooting.
