On September 6, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Kenosha, Wisconsin, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Amiah Prather and her unborn child. Kenosha police responded to a call around 4:30 p.m. and found Prather in a silver GMC Acadia SUV near 65th Street and 13th Avenue. She was unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head, and the vehicle was resting against a concrete pillar of a viaduct.
