Tiffany Dawn Sheets Culkins, a 39-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, tragically lost her life on January 5, 2023, in a double homicide incident near Turley. Culkins was found dead alongside 52-year-old Harry Leroy McElfresh, who owned the property where Culkins and her family lived in a mobile home.
