On October 2, 2004, 27-year-old Luis Aguilar was found dead on Tyler Street in Immokalee, Florida. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at approximately 2:00 a.m. Aguilar's body was discovered with fatal injuries that were later identified as a result of a gunshot wound. The authorities did not find any witnesses to the crime, which has made progress in the investigation challenging.
